大同市中银纺织科技有限公司于2016年7月28日，在山西省大同市经济技术开发区注册，注册资金10亿元。公司专门从事羊毛羊绒加工产业链所涉及的全套体系化产品的加工、销售及相关产品的进出口贸易（洗毛、染色、毛条、羊绒、服装、棉纺、化纤产品加工及销售，进出口贸易）。目前公司正在推进的项目是“大同市纺织新城-新建中银羊毛羊绒产业链生产基地”项目，基地选在山西省大同市经济技术开发区倍加造镇以南，项目总占地约3000亩。
