Wanshun Jiaoche

Founded in September 2016, with its headquarters in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Wanshun Jiaoche is a national high-tech enterprise integrating internet-based ride-hailing services and the R&D, customization, sales, and application of new energy vehicles in the new transportation business format. It is also a builder and practitioner of smart transportation and smart city life services. By the end of 2021, Wanshun Jiaoche had obtained online ride-hailing operating licenses in 346 cities, ranking first in the industry. It has established over 10,000 offline physical stores (driver homes + new energy vehicle sales points), which is a differentiated advantage over all internet platform enterprises. The company currently has over 600,000 certified drivers, over 2 million local drivers, and 120 million users. It has provided fixed employment for over 20,000 people and flexible employment for over 300,000 drivers, making it one of the top 100 enterprises in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, the second-ranked express ride-hailing track, the second-ranked among the top 100 new transportation business format enterprises, and one of the top 500 new economy champions in China. Wanshun Jiaoche has two main businesses: one is shared mobility based on internet technology, and the other is the integrated customization, sales, and application of new energy vehicles based on platform users. In 2021, the company's revenue from ride-hailing services and new energy vehicle sales exceeded 5 billion yuan. In 2022, the company established a Smart Transportation Research Institute to conduct unified planning for big data, connected vehicles, new energy equipment R&D, exclusive customization for ride-hailing, battery swapping, and other smart transportation and smart city life services. According to the five-year development plan, by 2023, the company will achieve a development scale of 50,000 customized vehicles and 100,000 vehicle sales in the new energy vehicle sector, with an annual output value exceeding 10 billion yuan and tax revenue exceeding 300 million yuan. By 2026, the output value is expected to exceed 80 billion yuan.
