2.精通PCB EDA设计软件，AD；
3.熟悉PCBA的生产工艺，如波峰焊、回流焊、单板工艺、组装工艺；
4.熟悉高频电路、高速电路和模拟电路；
5.掌握ESD、EMC、EMI、SI、PI等线路处理；
