任职资格
1. 熟练使用Java语言；熟悉常用数据结构和算法；熟悉常用技术优化手段
2. 熟悉主流框架如：spring系列，mybatis/hibernate，dubbo/dubbox，等等
3. 理解数据库原理并熟悉以下数据库中的一种或多种：mysql/mariadb，oracle，postgresql；
4. 熟悉以下缓存中的一种或多种：redis，memcache
5. 熟悉以下中间件中的一种或多种：消息队列，定时任务，zookeeper，等等
6. 熟悉linux系统，能写shell脚本或python脚本处理日常任务；
7. 熟练掌握设计模式；熟悉软件架构的常用模式；并将二者运用在系统建设中

1. 深入理解以上中间件或框架的原理和实现，并用来进行项目架构和解决实际问题
2. 深入理解JVM原理并用于排查实际问题
3. 有大规模系统开发和重构经验，在其中担任核心开发人员
4. 有性能优化实践经验，以核心开发人员的身份参与
