北控绿产（青海）新能源股份公司是2011年9月23日在青海省格尔木市成立的台港澳法人独资企业。2013年11月19日经青海省商务厅批准，由北京控股集团所属的北京京仪集团收购北控绿色产业投资有限公司（香港）持有的新能源公司85%的股权，公司性质为台港澳与境内合资企业。
