沿袭了德国母公司原有的全套生产线，生产技术，工艺，公司主要生产熔点450摄氏度以下的低温焊片。PFARR通过自己制作的精密模具，在确保交货时间短的同时，根据客户对焊片的合金及规格要求，加工出各种尺寸精确的焊片，如带材焊片，各种形状的片材焊片。已经得到了ISO9001和14001的认证，我们的焊片应用于各种电子元器件的封装，包括二极管，晶闸管，IGBT模块等等。
