【岗位职责】
建立完善EHS管理体系及制度，确保符合法规及GMP要求，办理相关许可证。
组织风险辨识评估，建立双重预防机制，管控原料药生产中的化学品、工艺及职业暴露风险。
开展隐患排查，下达整改并跟踪闭环；组织应急演练及事故调查处理。
负责废水、废气、固废合规处置，推进节能减排。
管理职业健康危害因素，组织职业体检及劳防用品使用监督。
制定并实施EHS培训计划，推动安全文化建设。
对接政府部门，应对检查及客户GMP/EHS审核。
参与新改扩建项目EHS“三同时”手续办理。
领导安排的其他工作
【任职要求】
本科及以上，安全、环境、化工、制药等相关专业。
3年以上EHS管理经验，其中1年以上医药或精细化工行业经验，有原料药企业负责人经验者优先。
熟悉安全生产、环保、职业健康及GMP相关法规，了解原料药生产工艺风险。
掌握风险评估方法，具备隐患排查、应急管理、合规审计及跨部门协调能力。
持有注册安全工程师（化工方向）优先；有安全管理员、内审员等证书者优先。

注册安全工程师（化工方向）；原料药企业同岗位经验；安全标准化或环保“三废”优化经验；
