Nanjing Water Conservancy Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as NanShui Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1981, restructured into a limited liability company in 2004, and wholly converted into a joint-stock company in 2016. With 'water' as its core specialty, the company is primarily engaged in water conservancy and water transport engineering planning, survey, design, supervision (project management), and water environment treatment. The company has long provided full-process, one-stop services for governments at all levels, government investment institutions, and related enterprises and institutions, including water conservancy and water transport engineering planning, design, survey, supervision (project management), etc. It is now a pilot enterprise for general contracting and whole-process consulting under the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Jiangsu Yushu Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanjing Water Conservancy Planning and Design Institute, mainly conducting applied research on digital technology in the water conservancy industry. Its main business covers three directions: first, digital products (engineering operation and maintenance systems, engineering construction management systems, and digital twin products); second, water conservancy engineering informatization (design consulting and system integration); third, enterprise digitalization (integrated enterprise management, data management and application, and business intelligence).
