6、掌握微服务基本理论；精通常用设计模式，并能够在实际系统设计中灵活运用；
7、实际工作有熟悉使用AI开发工具，如：通义千问、MarsCode、Copilot、Cursor等经验；
8、有广发银行项目开发经验优先考虑。
