职责描述
- 负责海外业务相关BI系统、数据相关后端的需求分析、开发迭代、交付维护工作，衔接业务与数据需求。
- 承担数仓数据集成、数据处理开发工作，搭建和优化数据链路，保障数据准确性与及时性。
- 运用Java技术解决项目开发中的技术难题，参与架构设计优化，保证开发进度与质量，及时响应处理线上问题。
- 熟练使用阿里云Dataworks完成数据开发、调度配置等相关工作，完善技术文档、CICD工具及开发框架。
- 配合业务团队，提供BI相关技术支持，助力业务数据化决策。

职位要求
- 2年以上Java开发经验，具备扎实的程序设计基本功，能独立担当功能模块的设计与开发，有志于深耕技术领域。
- 理解Java常用设计模式并能合理运用，熟练掌握Java核心技术（数据结构、多线程、Java IO等）。
- 熟练使用Java常用框架和工具，如Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、SpringMVC、Mybatis等。
- 熟悉数据库原理，熟练掌握数据库优化方案；了解Redis应用场景。
- 具备数仓数据集成开发经验，熟练使用阿里云Dataworks，能独立完成数据开发、调度等操作。
- 能在Linux环境下熟练开发，具备shell/python脚本开发能力者优先。
- 具备良好的沟通能力、问题解决能力和团队合作精神，学习能力、理解表达能力及文档编写能力较强，能承受一定工作压力。
- 责任心强，思路清晰，有移动互联网行业开发经验者优先。
