江苏省昆山硕展电子科技有限公司成立于公元2005年,是台湾硕仪实业股份有限公司(成立于公元1997年)设在大陆的分公司。主要生产钻石及氮化硼工具。服务的客户遍及多种行业，都以精密研磨、切割各种硬脆材料为主，如：晶圆、石英、玻璃、碳化钨、氧化铝、碳化硅、磁性材料、模具钢、不锈钢、合金刚.......等。硕仪、硕展公司生产的钻石砂轮外径可达650mm,*薄厚度可达0.25mm（部分产品可达0.1mm）.总公司于2000年时成功的将高温树脂（400度C成形）应用在制作微钻头与铣刀的钻石与与氮化硼砂轮，2001年开始生产精密加工业所需的金属结合法钻石与氮化硼工具，2002年购进真空高压设备与精密砂轮成形修整设备，2004年取得ISO 1400认证；硕展于2007年取得ISO 9001：2000认证。硕仪、硕展商标中的S代表的是令人满意的。H代表的是灵活的，弹性的，这就是本公司的经营宗旨，在现今竞争激烈的环境中，硕仪、硕展时时以灵活弹性的积极态度来服务客户，以获得客户的*高满意。
