Hong Kong Xunxing Plastic Mould Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 and is a professional plastic mould manufacturing company.
After years of development, with excellent quality, we have won a group of stable customers: in air conditioner moulds, mainly Japan Panasonic, Malaysia Panasonic, Guangzhou Panasonic, etc.; in precision plastic parts, mainly copier and fax machine supports and components, with customers including Japan Ricoh, Canon, Hitachi, Minolta, Xerox, EPSON, etc.; in appearance parts, mainly the French Thomson audio series, such as portable CD players, MP3 digital players, mini hi-fi systems, etc.; in addition, some well-known domestic brands such as ZTE, Haier, Songri, Gaoke, BBK, Jinzheng, etc. also place mould orders with our company; in automotive parts, customers include Taiji Johnson Controls, Dongfeng Visteon, Toyoda Gosei.
In 2003, we opened a new group company in Shajing, integrating mould manufacturing, injection molding, sheet metal and a series of supporting services. The company covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has more than 800 professional and technical personnel. The main equipment of the mould department is imported from Japan and Europe, equipped with Makino high-speed machining centers with brand-new Japanese technology, Makino mirror EDM machines, Makino wire-cut EDM machines, as well as Spanish ONA mirror EDM machines and Spanish ONA wire-cut EDM machines. The injection department is equipped with brand-new Haitian, Toshiba and other brands of injection molding machines, with the largest being 1000T and the smallest being 58T, laying a solid foundation for providing customers with qualified and satisfactory products.
Quality is the life of an enterprise: the company passed ISO-9001 SGS international quality system certification in October 2000; obtained a Malaysian certificate of excellent mould quality in 2002; was awarded the title of Excellent Mould Supplier by Guangzhou Panasonic in 2003; obtained a Korean telecom certificate of excellent mould quality in 2003; the company was recommended by the Shenzhen Municipal Government as the 'Executive Director Unit of the Shenzhen Machinery Industry Association', won the title of Shenzhen Excellent Foreign-funded Enterprise in 2001, and was recognized as a Shenzhen High-tech Enterprise by the Shenzhen Science and Technology Information Bureau in early 2007.
