Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd. is a controlling subsidiary of Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd., and is a major promoter, practitioner, and supporter of Dongfeng Motor Corporation's "Dongfeng Rise" plan and the "Leap Action" for technological innovation.
The company was formerly Dongfeng Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd., established in 2001, and was strategically reorganized and renamed Zhixin Technology in 2019. In 2022, through the integration of advantageous resources, Dongfeng Motor Corporation made Zhixin Technology its main base for independently mastering key technologies and core resources of new energy powertrains.
The company has independent research and development, self-manufacturing, and industrialized supporting capabilities for powertrains and core components. It has now formed a layout of three major series powertrain platforms: traditional fuel Mach G, hybrid Mach MHD, and pure electric Mach E, creating the "Dongfeng Mach Power" brand. At the same time, the company has also arranged business in core component resources such as motors, electronic controls, battery PACKs, and reducers.
