Yueke New Materials

Jiangsu Yueke New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2013. It is a technology provider and product manufacturer of structural composite materials, dedicated to providing overall solutions for high-performance and large-scale structural composite parts. The production base covers an area of 145 mu (about 9.67 hectares), with nearly 30,000 square meters of workshops and buildings. It has an annual production capacity of 30 sets of large composite molds, 20,000 cubic meters of sandwich composite material processing, and 300,000 square meters of continuous production of structural composite panels. The R&D and pilot-scale production base is located in Nanhui, Shanghai, equipped with GMT, LFT, and SMC compression molding production lines, as well as a carbon fiber rapid closed-mold forming production line, with an annual capacity of 200,000 sets of automotive parts. According to different products and customer requirements, we provide services including composite structure and material solution design, manufacturing process and flow design, mold making, composite material processing, and molding production.
