岗位要求
1.学历要求：本科及以上学历，法学类相关专业。
2.经验要求：具有5年以上企业法律事务工作经验；取得国家法律职业资格；具有国有企业、上市公司法律事务工作经验者优先。
3.能力要求：政治素养高、组织纪律性强，秉公尽责、原则性强；具备处理公司法律事务的工作能力，熟悉及熟练运用相关法律法规；风险与合规意识强，具备一定的全面风险识别、分析能力。
4.特别优秀者可适当放宽条件。
