岗位职责
1、负责集团及资管项目公司（景德镇、昆山、莘庄、台州）的招聘和培训工作落地实施，热爱商业地产，主动学习各相关部门业务并愿意实践。
2、完成招聘工作，包括简历搜集与筛选、电话沟通、线上面试筛选、现场面试安排、收集线上面试评估等；
3、负责通过面试人员的背调、谈薪、offer跟进工作，在接offer期间与候选人保持联系，确保人员按时入职；
4、负责拓展招聘渠道，与猎头、网络、学校及政府机构保持良好的合作关系；
5、负责定期整理和制作人员招聘报表及招聘数据分析，持续对人才简历库进行维护；
6、编制、修订、完善、实施员工培训体系，包括新员工培训、部门内训、专家课培训、关键岗位继任计划等培训体系；
7、负责培训体系的实施与落地，追踪关键岗位人才培养的实施进度和成长状况，并完成各项培训的记录、收集并存档；
8、定期完成试用期员工面谈及成长追踪，协助试用期员工顺利达成转正目标；
9、组织各类员工关怀活动，包括不限于荣誉表彰会、新人茶话会、周年礼等活动；
10、做好离职员工面谈及跟踪，妥善处理各类离职解约事宜；
11、配合人事经理进行公司各项规章制度的审核、修订工作；
12、负责公司年度培训、月度培训的策划-组织-落地；
13、协助法务部门处理员工劳动争议案件仲裁和诉讼，与劳动部门保持良好沟通；
14、负责外地项目对接总部各项事务性工作，
15、根据公司安排，落实公司企业文化宣传。
16、积极完成领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求
1、本科以上学历；
2、具有2-3年及以上招聘工作经验，可以独立操作招聘流程；
3、有酒店/商业房产行业/物业管理/商业办公行业招聘经验为佳，有猎头公司经验者优先考虑;
4、能主动积极挑战目标，有责任心，高执行力且反应迅速，并能耐心沟通协调解决问题，能承受较大的工作压力和一定的加班；
5、形象气质佳、良好的写作能力。
