岗位职责：
1.负责云平台PaaS产品的研发交付，完成需求评审、技术设计、代码实现、文档编写等技术工作；
2.需求理解，分析，参与各服务的系统设计, 能够带领开发完成需求变更，项目交付 ;
3.参与服务间组件的设计应用, 根据架构设计完成核心代码，服务代码的编写。

任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业，有3年以上工作经验；
2.思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题；
3.扎实的Java基础，熟练掌握JVM，多线程、多进程以及分布式系统、缓存、消息中间件等核心技术原理；
4.对业务架构与技术架构有深入的理解，熟悉设计模式以及实际应用的场景，能独立完成模板设计；
5.熟悉微服务，熟练掌握springboot，mybatis等技术框架，并有实际项目开发经验，对spring cloud有深入认识；
6.责任心强，做事细心、有恒心和毅力、具备良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力。
