Dongfang Jincheng

Dongfang Jincheng International Credit Rating Co., Ltd. is a state-owned rating agency approved by the Ministry of Finance and controlled by central financial enterprises. Founded in 2005, the company has a registered capital of RMB 125 million and is headquartered in Beijing. It has a nationwide professional service network and can conduct rating services for all bond categories issued by domestic and overseas issuers in China's bond market, providing services for domestic and overseas investors participating in China's bond market.
The controlling shareholder, China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as China Orient), is a central financial enterprise jointly initiated by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China and the National Council for Social Security Fund. Since its establishment, China Orient has managed and disposed of more than two trillion yuan of non-performing assets, making positive contributions to the stability of the national financial system.
As of the end of 2022, China Orient had total assets of 1.2 trillion yuan, 26 branches nationwide, and 10 first-tier subsidiaries, with business covering non-performing asset management, insurance, banking, securities, funds, trusts, credit rating, and overseas business, forming a comprehensive financial service pattern.
