The company possesses advanced equipment such as German DMG five-axis machining centers, Italian PAMA boring and milling machining centers, and German NILES CNC profile grinding gear machines, as well as various professional processing, heat treatment, and testing equipment. It can manufacture various integral gear parts or herringbone gears without undercut with a diameter of up to 2 meters, unlimited module, precision up to DIN-3 grade, and tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62. It also masters the single-matching processing technology of spiral bevel gears and can process various high-precision gearboxes.
