任职资格

3. 精通 SpringMVC/SpringBoot/SpringCloud/MyBatis/Netty 等 Web 开源技术和框架；
4. 精通数据库设计（MySQL 优先），优秀的 SQL 编写及调优能力，熟悉常见 NoSQ L存储，如 Hbase/Kudu/Redis/Mongodb/ES 等；
5. 熟练使用消息中间件，包括但不限于kafka/RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ；
6. 熟悉 maven 构建环境，git 代码工具，jenkins CI/CD工具，熟悉 codeReview；
7. 有 Hadoop/Hive/Flume/Spark/Impala/Flink 等开源大数据技术优先；
8. 优秀的沟通能力，协调能力，不惧困难，主动性强，有责任心。
9. 良好的团队合作精神，很好的学习能力。

职责描述
1. 负责企业内部系统（ERP/OA/CRM 等）的需求分析、方案设计、开发实现及迭代优化，确保功能贴合业务场景;
2. 独立完成代码编写、测试及问题修复，保障系统稳定性、性能与可维护性;
3. 对接业务部门，将需求转化为技术方案，同步开发进度并收集反馈，推动需求落地;
4. 参与系统架构设计与模块化开发，推动代码复用与开发效率提升;
5. 负责系统部署、日常运维支持及相关文档编写，保障系统安全稳定运行。
