3、分布式技术：熟悉Spring Cloud微服务架构，了解消息队列、分布式缓存等中间件；
4、开发工具：熟练使用Git、Maven、Docker等开发运维工具；
5、云原生技术：熟悉Linux系统操作，掌握Docker容器化技术，熟练使用Kubernetes进行应用部署管理；
6、软技能：良好的沟通协作能力，代码规范意识强。
