职位描述
1、负责L4自动驾驶项目的项目实施管理，与销售/产品/交付等部门一起对接项目需求，制定合理的项目计划，并将其落地执行；
2、负责项目实施执行全过程管理，确保项目团队各干系人协同工作，对项目范围、进度、成本、交付质量、项目验收结果负责；
3、负责识别交付风险，有效协同售前、产品技术、交付团队，不断优化交付流程、提升产品与方案的可交付性、完善问题处理机制，持续降低交付风险和成本，持续积累和提升交付能力。
4、负责整理反馈交付及客户沟通过程中的需求，对行业客户的交付和服务流程进行持续优化，并编写项目所涉及阶段报告及项目验收报告等文档；
5、负责制定并持续完善端到端的项目管理流程，覆盖需求导入到交付的全流程，并建立过程跟踪机制和变更管理机制。
任职条件：
1、硕士及以上学历，理工科相关专业为佳；
2、10年以上工作经验，5年以上自动驾驶项目管理经验；
3、快速学习的能力，喜欢接受挑战，能够适应公司快速发展的节奏和文化；
4、熟悉汽车行业，对自动驾驶行业有深刻了解与认识，熟悉TOB项目交付的相关流程和运作方式，有成功交付自动驾驶项目、项目运营经验或解决方案经验者优先；
5、有强烈的责任心和时间观念，能够根据项目实际情况制定、推进、分解计划，善于协调各方资源，共同完成目标；
6、具有大局观，能有效的控制项目目标的达成；具有丰富的与人沟通、交流和组织能力，出色的团队合作精神。
