岗位职责
1. 核心业务主导：负责 IM 客户端核心模块的设计与开发，包括但不限于消息漫游、单聊/群聊状态机、离线消息对齐与高密度消息的极速上屏渲染。
2. 底层引擎桥接：配合核心架构组，深度参与 Android 端与跨端安全内核 (Core SDK) 的 JNI/NDK 接口集成与性能调优。
3. 极限性能压榨：解决复杂场景下的内存泄漏、OOM、UI 掉帧问题。负责本地海量聊天数据存储（SQLite/Room）的索引优化与读写提速。
4. 全球化弱网攻坚：针对海外复杂网络环境，优化 WebSocket/TCP 长连接的心跳保活机制与重连策略，确保消息“秒达”。
任职要求
1. 基础底蕴：统招本科及以上学历，3年以上 Android 核心开发经验。Java 基本功扎实，全面拥抱 Kotlin，熟练掌握 Jetpack Compose 声明式 UI 框架，以及 Coroutines (协程) 和 Flow 异步数据流处理。
2. 架构能力：熟练掌握 MVVM / MVI 架构，深刻理解 Android 内存管理机制、View 绘制原理与 Handler 机制，能写出极度优雅、解耦的代码。
3. 网络与通信：深刻理解 MQTT 协议机制（必须项）。熟悉 TCP/IP、WebSocket 协议，有基于 MQTT 实现端到端消息投递、QoS 等级控制、心跳保活及弱网断线重连的真实调优经验。
4. 本地存储专精：熟练掌握 SQLite 底层原理，有 Room、MMKV 或其他本地高频读写数据库的实战调优经验。
5. 极客精神：强烈的代码洁癖，自我驱动，能独立排查和解决线上疑难杂症。

1. IM老兵：参与过千万级 DAU 的即时通讯项目，深度折腾过 MQTT 的 QoS 1/2 消息防丢去重机制，或熟悉自定义私有二进制协议的解析。
2. 跨界能力：熟悉 JNI/NDK 开发，有过 C++/Rust 与 Android 混合编译经验者优先。
