瑜源是一家有职业信仰的舞台剧内容创作企业，专注于创作适合中国家庭观众观赏，而且有深度、逻辑性强、带给人快乐的舞台剧。内容创作从剧本创作——舞台呈现——衍生内容为一体的全产业链化模式。
在广州先后投资主办了超过 500 余场次的商业售票运作演出，300 多场 公益演出，建立了全新的售票营销模式。截止 2020年 12 月 31日，全国已经巡演超过7300场次。
有自己的演出团队（广州瑜源童话剧团），合理的演职人员管理、激励模式，瑜源童话剧团在全国 总共有 17 个剧组、200 多号演员，并且还在不断的扩张团队。
2018 年 10 月，在政府支持下成立广东儿童主题文化馆——瑜源儿童文化馆；
2019 年 7 月，在政府支持下成立黄埔儿童图书馆——瑜源儿童图书馆；
