广东阳茂高速公路有限公司（以下简称“阳茂公司”）成立于2002年7月，是广东省属国有企业，公司主要负责阳茂高速公路的建设、营运管理和沿线综合开发。从2021年起公司接管阳阳高速（阳江至阳春）、阳江海陵岛大桥两条高速公路的营运收费，管辖总里程达143.57公里，人员规模达600人。公司办公地点在阳江市阳西县织篢镇，管理中心占地152亩，设办公大楼、员工食堂、员工宿舍、足球场、篮球场、羽毛球馆、健身房、职工书屋等多处员工活动场所，办公生活设施齐备，环境优美舒适。
