黄冈益康骨科医院占地面积达1万多平方米，业务用房8千多平方米，设有综合门诊区、急诊科（区）和住院病区。编制床位110张，设有外科、急诊科、内科、中医科、重症医学科（ICU）等科室。现有职工120人，其中：高级职称7人，中级职称23人，初级职称50人。医疗诊疗设备有15类63种，拥有进口飞利浦螺旋CT、DR、“C”型臂X光机、手术显微镜、*彩超等先进的骨伤科诊疗设备。目前开设的科室主要有脑外科、手外科、神经外科等重点科室。
