Jia Yi Bing Ding Network () was originally an e-commerce platform independently developed by Henan Jia Yi Bing Ding IoT Technology Co., Ltd. under the Jia Yi Bing Ding Group. Later, a new company was established in Beijing, registered as Jia Yi Bing Ding (Beijing) E-commerce Joint-stock Co., Ltd. The platform targets the automotive after-sales service market, is rooted in the IoT warehousing and logistics base, and adopts a new B2B2C full-network integrated business model to integrate supply chain resources, reduce intermediate links, improve the final profit margin of enterprises, and promote the electronic and information-based process of the industry.

The Jia Yi Bing Ding Group was founded in 1998, evolving from tire and rubber trading into a modern logistics and supply chain comprehensive service group company. The registered capital is 160 million yuan, with assets of 800 million yuan. Its main businesses include tire channel operation, logistics distribution, IoT warehousing, e-commerce, automotive service chains, and OE supply, with an excellent reputation and industry influence. Each business segment supports each other to form a complete supply chain management and industrial symbiosis platform. The group company is committed to transforming traditional commodity circulation business into O2O network-integrated supply chain management services.
