工作内容:
按照产品计划和任务进行架构和详细设计，代码编写、单元测试、代码维护以及参与产品的需求、设计以及编写相关技术文档。具体内容：
1、参与技术决策，选型、架构和风险评估；
2、根据业务特性编写技术方案，负责产品架构，提出架构整体设计方案，数据库存储设计方案，软件功能模块划分等；
3、负责核心技术问题攻关和性能优化，进行概要设计和详细设计；
4、按计划完成代码编写，对代码质量、复用度和可维护性负责；
5、技术预研和新技术跟踪；
6、协助、指导低等级工程师解决关键问题，对其进行技术培训和指导，提升团队技术水平。
任职资格:
1、本科以上，计算机、数学、城市管理等专业，开发经验3年以上，有全程参与大型项目经验，有带团队经验者优先;
2、精通java开发工具，熟悉SSH等开源框架，Java开发经验3年以上，熟悉了解avascript，css和html5等前端技术；
3、至少熟悉oracle，mysql等一种以上的数据库，熟悉复杂sql语句的编写和优化；
4、熟悉OOAD设计分析方法，熟练使用EA，ROSE等UML建模工具，熟悉软件过程的设计、开发等相关文档编写，能够按照规范编写文档；
5、具有独立的大型系统的架构能力和复杂系统的核心技术把握能力，能独立进行关键技术预研并形成预研报告，能够将预研成果转化为产品可复用的成果；
6、诚实正直、学习能力强，沟通协调能力强，承压能力强，与周边团队协作能力强，勇于挑战，心态积极。
