至今，公司共获得30多项专利，其中6项国家发明专利和4项国际专利。公司拥有著名品牌——防堵型双重管油水冷却器和亚刚体结构伸缩节，均为东屋自主创新、研制的产品。

东屋公司是原机械部生产冷却器的专业厂，也是中国电力系统制造冷却器的定点厂。其产品广泛应用于电力，也涉及到化工、冶金、煤炭、核工业等行业，并出口国外。至今已投入运行的变压器油水冷却器近6000台，还有不少的水轮发电机推力轴承冷却器，上、下水导轴承冷却器，水轮发电机蒸发冷凝器，水轮发电机空冷器，以及近百台装在水电站引水压力钢管上的亚刚体结构伸缩节。
