中缅鞋业轻纺文化产业园是汇龙公司依托龙岗鞋业商会数百家企业之力，借势产业转移及产业转型升级机遇，积极探索东部沿海鞋业轻纺产业整体转移至临沧，着力打造边境产业集群借道出海的对外开放之路的承接东部产业转移、转型的重点项目。产业园将打造一个以制鞋业轻纺业为主导的产业聚集区，以针对缅甸市场的小家电、日用品生产交易中心，同时建设标准化厂房、综合办公楼、职工生活区、展示交易中心、原辅材料交易市场等配套设施，在发展中逐步形成一个产业新城。
