3. 参与从数据采集→清洗标注→模型训练→嵌入式部署的全链路开发
4. 解决工业现场的光照变化、材质反光、运动模糊等挑战，确保算法在产线稳定运行
5. 研究、探索和实现前沿的计算机视觉和深度学习算法，解决实际工业问题
6. 对现有算法进行性能（精度、速度、鲁棒性）优化，满足工业实时性要求
7. 撰写技术方案、专利及核心算法文档，推动技术成果产品化
任职要求：
1. 硕士学历或者本科3年以上CV模型开发经验，计算机/自动化/电子/数学相关专业
2. 编程基础：精通Python或者C++编程，熟悉git
3. 具备极强的工程化思维，能快速定位并解决现场问题
4. 良好的跨部门协作能力
以下技能至少满足三项：
5. 计算机视觉基础：深入理解机器学习和深度学习原理，包括不限于监督/无监督学习、对比学习等
6. 深度学习框架：熟练掌握至少一种主流深度学习框架，PyTorch或者Mxnet，熟悉其生态工具（Torchvision,TensorBoard等）
7. 有实际工业视觉项目落地经验、视觉大模型开发经验、模型剪枝量化经验*佳
8. 熟练掌握C++编程，具备嵌入式系统编程和调试经验，掌握交叉编译技术
9. 掌握图像处理技术，用过ffmpeg\opencv等开源软件
