Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was founded in 1993, and was wholly converted into a joint-stock company in October 2007. In February 2011, it was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 601799.SH).

The Company's headquarters is located in Changzhou National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. Domestically, it has subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Foshan, Changchun, and Shanghai; internationally, it has subsidiaries in Germany, Japan, Serbia, Mexico, and the United States. Currently, the Company covers a total area of 735,000 square meters and possesses advanced manufacturing plants for headlamps, rear combination lamps, small lamps, electronics, molds, and tooling. The Company has over 4,500 pieces of various processing equipment, including large injection molding machines, multi-color injection molding machines, plastic surface curing lines, robotic painting and gluing stations, laser and vibration friction welding machines, vacuum coating machines, and other processing equipment, as well as over 200 assembly lines. It has an annual production capacity of 80 million lamps of various types.

The Company focuses on the research, development, design, manufacturing, and sales of automotive lamps. It is one of China's major manufacturers of complete automotive lighting assemblies and design solution providers, with customers covering HarmonyOS Intelligent Mobility, Chery, Geely, Volkswagen, Li Auto, Toyota, BMW, Hongqi, Nissan, NIO, XPeng, Mercedes-Benz, BYD, Honda, etc.

The Company has a highly skilled and collaborative technical team, with a complete independent research and development system including automotive lamp product design and development, electronic design and development, tooling and special machine design and development, mold design and development, and frontier technology development. It possesses strong synchronous design and development capabilities. The Company is a nationally recognized enterprise technology center, nationally recognized industrial design center, Jiangsu Provincial Automotive Lighting Engineering Technology Research Center, and Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory for Automotive Intelligent Lighting Systems. It also has a post-doctoral workstation, a European academician workstation, and a nationally accredited laboratory. It serves as the executive vice chairman unit of the Lamp Committee of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers and the vice chairman unit of China Association of Lighting Industry. It also serves as the leader unit of the working group for the integration of mandatory national standards for automotive signaling lamps. The Company has obtained certifications including IATF16949 quality management system, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, intellectual property management system, R&D management system, and integration of informatization and industrialization management system, as well as ISO/SAE 21434:2021 automotive information security management process certification and the fourth-level certification of Smart Manufacturing Capability Maturity (CMMM).
