China National Assets is a project platform company established under the leadership of the China National Trade Promotion Association for Ethnic Minorities (hereinafter referred to as the Association), a first-level social organization under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the National Ethnic Affairs Commission. Its aim is to discover high-quality projects within its business scope or related fields, and through flexible, effective commercial operations and extensive cooperation in various models, promote economic development and trade prosperity in regions, especially ethnic areas, maintain stability, create harmony, and thereby fulfill and realize the Association's purpose and fundamental tasks in practice.
China National Assets primarily encompasses seven major business sectors: culture and sports, agriculture, environmental protection, new energy, finance, general aviation, and services. In the seven planned industrial fields, we will carry out relevant layout and practical work in a planned and focused manner.
As a project liaison and support platform, China National Assets has a core team with extensive experience in investment and financing operations. Relying on the Association's platform, it adheres to market-oriented operations and provides professional, high-quality, and efficient services to enterprises. Enterprise management advisory services: With the goal of long-term sustainable development of enterprises, assist enterprises in standardizing operations in accordance with the requirements of modern enterprise systems.
Merger and acquisition restructuring services: Formulate M&A restructuring plans, identify suitable acquisition targets or strong acquirers.
Equity exchange listing: Assist enterprises in achieving listing and subsequent financing on equity exchanges such as the Tianjin Equity Exchange.
