Your responsibilities will be to:
Develop appropriate strategic sourcing plans to guide the teams sourcing activities
Conduct negotiations with suppliers focusing on conditions terms of purchase contracts. Clear Pure negotiation VAVE targets (annual negotiation - at least)
Support in supplier audits to ensure their operations are in compliance.
Make market analysis on commodity basis offer top management budgeting plans accordingly
Industry benchmarking to guide the teams sourcing activities
Generation of Standardization VAVE ideas in consultation with SM based on market commodity intelligence
Supplier consolidation
Our requirements:
Majin Engineering preferred. Knowledge experiences in specific commodity will help.
5 years of sourcing experience with at least 2 years of Supply Base Management experience; Team management experience skillful in supplier development management; Good communication, coordination coaching skills; goodganization ability
Familiar with ERP system office software esp. good at Excel PPT Power BI
Fluental written English, CET-6 above (KEY: GOOD COMMUNICATOR, writtenal both)
Aggressive resultiented,
Familiar with Industries like Automotive Medical, (not necessary)
