-开展招聘实施工作，包括招聘信息发布、简历筛选、初试、安排面试，跟进面试流程，发出录用通知等工作。
-建立和维护面试人员台账和人才库，对招聘数据、报表进行汇总和分析
-支持员工生命周期管理，包括但不限于入转调离等
-人力资源报表的编制、人员数据的统计
-支持HR系统工作
-支持HR部门行政相关工作
-辅助上级指派的其他工作。

任职资格：
• 本科及以上学历，人力资源或相关专业。
• 2到5年的招聘经验；医药行业人力资源从业者优先
• 主动，有条理并且能够执行多项任务。
• 对能够与用人部门，候选人和外部供应商进行谈判；
• 数据处理、分析能力：对信息和数据处理有良好逻辑性、掌握excel相关技能；熟练制作PPT
• 良好英文读写能力
