江苏竹福服装设计有限公司的前身为江阴竹福国际贸易有限公司，成立于2006年 11月25日。附属企业江阴万福服装工厂于2009年成立。2013年3月更名为江苏竹福服装设计有限公司，江苏竹福是集生产，加工为一体的综合性工贸企业。公司由当初的2名员工，经过几年艰苦创业和公司所有员工的共同努力，逐渐发展到现在的规模。公司主要以针织类女装为主，同时也兼做男装，童装，鞋子等服饰类产品。主要出口市场为日本，同时部分出口欧美等国。
