负责公司料箱机器人软件系统解决方案中，算法相关的系统级的复杂技术方案设计和日常技术评审把关。参与代码开发和review等工作保障整体质量。
按需参与重大商业项目交付支持，快速理解项目情况，定义关键算法问题，设计简洁优雅的技术方案，保障项目整体效率快速提升达成交付目标。
参与算法相关技术预研工作及公司重点项目技术攻关和创新，打造公司技术竞争力，参与对算法下一步的技术演进方向的规划。
任职要求
任职要求：
a.应用数学、运筹学、工业工程、计算机、软件工程等相关专业博士学历，两年以上算法相关研发经验，领域与物流供应链、调度、运筹优化等方向有一定相关性; 或硕士学历（985或海外），5年以上经验。
b.具备优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，较强的学习能力，在以往的成果中创新能力有所证明（paper record或相关工作成果），完成过有挑战的项目；
c.心态开放，有激情，具备良好的沟通协作能力，较强的责任心和owner意识，有团队管理经验者加分；
d.熟悉Java语言和软件工程practice，具备较强架构思维和工程开发能力，有能力独立完成算法架构设计和高质量的代码实现；
e.有行业经验者及海外经历者加分。
