广东银洋环保新材料有限公司公司成立于2000年，是一家集研发、生产、销售为一体的国家高新技术企业，是国内水性乳液和粉末涂料用聚酯的环保科技企业。
2011年引进了日本伊藤忠商事，让银洋在产品销售渠道上，技术创新上更上一层楼。公司主要生产内外墙建筑涂料及建材防水乳液、各种中高性能水性压敏胶系列、符合环保及多种性能要求的纺织印染用助剂、植绒、印花、贴合、热熔胶、鞋材粘合剂、水性工业漆树脂、粉末涂料用聚酯树脂、皮革、水性合成革、功能性薄膜、汽车内饰表面处理及粘合剂等特种新材料。
公司组建成立了“广东省合成树脂（银洋）工程研究开发中心”、“佛山市环保型树脂材料工程技术研究开发中心”、“佛山市市级技术中心”，在上海、杭州等地设立研发中心。　
2016年江苏“泰兴市华盛银洋新材料科技有限公司”，总投资2.18亿，年产能设计35万吨。2016年6月泰兴工厂正式投产，采用全新PLC自动控制系统，品质控制更精良，生产效率及环保指标均达优异水准，为华东地区提供更稳定、更优质的产品并实现缩短供货周期。
