致远锂业致力于锂盐产品的研发、生产、销售于一体，为深交所上市企业——广东威华股份有限公司（以下简称“威华股份”，SZ.002240）全资子公司，是威华股份积极谋求产业升级转型，加快新能源新材料行业布局，实现以锂盐项目为核心发展战略的排头兵。公司总规划产能4.5万吨（碳酸锂2.8万吨，氢氧化锂1.5万吨以及氯化锂0.2万吨），已建成产能包括1.8万吨碳酸锂、5000吨氢氧化锂和2000吨氯化锂；1万吨碳酸锂和1万吨氢氧化锂产能计划在2020年建成投产。
