中华情祥胜老年公寓是宜丰县县委、县政府重点民生项目，同时已列为江西省社会事业建设重点项目，计划投资2亿元、建筑面积3.3万平方米、占地面积50.69亩、三期共计1500张优质医养结合型养老床位，后期将打造宜春市首家一户一卫一厨产权花园式养生养老公寓。一期投入1.1亿元，主要用于完善公寓配套设施、丰富文娱活动、建设康复中心、提供24小时专职细心护理，已能够提供380余张优质医养结合型养老床位。设有医务室和超市、活动室、文娱室等。
