都匀市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目是都匀市人民政府与北京首创环境投资有限公司于2015年以模式设立的垃圾焚烧处理项目。总投资3.47亿元，占地80.4亩，设计处理规模900吨日，分两期建设，一期600吨天，二期300吨天。服务面积12364平方公里，范围覆盖都匀市及周边四县一区（三都县、独山县、平塘县、荔波县、都匀经济开发区），服务总人口约176万人。项目于2015年3月立项，2016年3月1日动工，2017年12月30日建成，2018年3月15日试运行，2018年12月13日转入商运。
