Farm Manager

"Farm Manager" is dedicated to building a drone service platform in the agricultural field and has become the largest double-sided marketplace in the country. On one side of the platform are farmers who need pesticide and fertilizer spraying, and on the other side are drone pilots. The platform connects both sides through coordinated scheduling and provides agricultural technical support and drone service support respectively according to the needs of both sides, maximizing the advantages of a sharing economy service platform and promoting agricultural mechanization and specialization.
"Farm Manager" started operations in March last year, with its headquarters in Beijing and over 140 employees. It currently covers eight provinces: Heilongjiang, Shandong, Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu, Hunan, Hubei, and Jiangxi. Our rapid development stems mainly from our team's precise grasp of market pain points: for farmers, professional and efficient drone services solve the pain points of rural labor shortage and low efficiency; for drone pilots, a national scheduling platform brings a continuous and reliable source of income.
The team has been established for over a year and has successfully completed three rounds of financing with a total amount of nearly 100 million RMB. Investors include Shunwei Capital, GGV Capital, ZhenFund, Gobi Partners, and Yunqi Capital.
The three co-founders have diverse and complementary backgrounds. The founder and CEO has successful entrepreneurial experience in the drone and internet industries, and the two co-founders have many years of management experience at Huawei and a financial industry background at Goldman Sachs, respectively. The core team includes outstanding graduates from prestigious universities such as USTC, Stanford Graduate School of Business, China Agricultural University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, and Tsinghua University, as well as management talents from Huawei, Baidu, Phoenix News, and leading pesticide companies.
