岗位职责：
1. 负责公司项目的后端开发工作，参与需求分析、系统设计、编码实现、测试及维护等环节；
2. 根据项目需求，参与制定技术方案，负责完成系统模块的设计与开发；
3. 参与编写项目相关技术文档，确保项目质量；
4. 协同前端开发工程师完成系统功能调试与优化；
5. 跟进新技术动态，根据项目需求引入新技术，提高系统性能和开发效率；
6. 遵循公司开发规范，确保代码质量，参与代码审查；

岗位要求：
1、计算机相关专业全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上Java后端开发经验；
2、熟悉Java编程语言，掌握面向对象编程思想，具备扎实的编程基础，良好的代码质量，熟悉Java虚拟机原理和常用设计模式;
3、熟悉常用的数据结构和算法，熟练掌握Spring、Springboot、Mybatis 等常用框架;
4、熟悉MySQL、Oracle等关系型数据库，具备一定的数据库设计和优化能力，有数据库调优经验；
5、熟悉Redis等NoSQL数据库，熟悉常用的消息队列、缓存等技术;
6、能独立完成项目的系统分析，并主导完成详细设计和编码的任务，确保项目的进度和质量;
7、熟悉分布式系统设计和开发，熟悉微服务架构；
8、熟悉金融或者企业财务等相关业务，有参与金融/财务系统开发经验者优先;
9、有金融系统平台基础设计和开发经验的优先；
10、具备良好的服务意识、责任心、较强的学习能力。
