【职位概述】
你将作为核心技术骨干，参与构建高性能、高可扩展的后端系统，涉及微服务架构、离线数据分析，以及 AI 能力的业务落地。本岗位面向具备架构设计能力、技术钻研深度及跨技术栈学习能力的工程师。
【岗位职责】
1、负责核心后端服务的架构设计与开发，确保系统稳定、易扩展。
2、主导微服务体系建设与治理，推动平台化、模块化演进。
3、参与大数据处理平台设计与实现，使用 MaxCompute/ODPS 平台进行离线数据分析。
4、探索和搭建基于 LLM（如 deepseek、通义）的智能应用，推动业务智能化。
5、参与基于 Kubernetes 的服务部署与 DevOps 流程建设，提升交付效率。
6、推动工程质量提升，完善团队技术能力培养体系及代码规范。
【任职要求】
1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年以上 Java 后端开发经验。
2、精通 Java 基础，理解 JVM、并发编程、内存管理等核心原理，有分布式系统架构设计与落地经验，理解常见设计模式与性能优化策略。
3、熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 及常见微服务组件，熟悉 MySQL/PostgreSQL、Redis 等中间件，具备数据库调优能力。
4、有 MaxCompute、Hive、Spark 等离线数据分析经验。
5、熟悉 Python，了解 LangChain、RAG、向量数据库等智能问答相关技术，具备 LLM 的接入或应用经验。
6、掌握 Kubernetes、Docker 等云原生技术，理解 CI/CD 与 DevOps 流程，具备一定的技术团队管理或技术项目管理经验。
