职位描述：
1. 主导蚂蚁小微信贷科技相关系统分析与设计工作，承担核心功能或组件的代码编写；
2. 作为团队核心成员带领团队与业务团队背靠背解决行业问题实现行业升级的需求，沉淀中台能力和行业解决方案；
3. 对行业现有的系统和应用进行梳理重构，抽象出底层业务模型和能力，满足业务快速奔跑的同时建设和丰富底层模型和能力；
4. 参与团队的稳定性建设和安全生产，保障日常系统稳定和线上问题的预警监控以及应急解决方案。
职位要求：
1. 熟悉Java/J2EE，基础扎实，熟练掌握常用Java技术框架，能编写高质量简洁清晰的代码；
2. 熟悉分布式技术，了解微服务、容器、缓存、消息系统等技术者优先；
3. 熟练掌握常用数据结构和算法，具备良好的面向对象编程、设计能力；
4. 具备一定的架构能力，对常见的中间件有使用经验，并理解其原理和适用场景；
5. 良好的系统化思考能力，沟通协作能力以及owner意识；
6. 有金融信贷领域相关经验优先，大模型、智能电销相关经验优先。
