Founder Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Founder Securities" or "the Company") is among China's first batch of comprehensive securities companies and among the first members of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. It was restructured into a joint-stock company in 2010 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011 (stock code: 601901).

The Company has established six subsidiaries, including investment banking, futures, direct investment, joint venture fund, alternative investment, and Hong Kong financial holding, and holds partial equity in Shengjing Bank Co., Ltd. In August 2014, the Company completed the acquisition of China Minzu Securities Co., Ltd., making Minzu Securities the seventh subsidiary of Founder Securities, and the Company's total share capital expanded to 8.232 billion shares. As of December 2016, the Company's total assets were RMB 152.339 billion and net assets were RMB 35.429 billion.

Through years of accumulation, Founder Securities and its subsidiaries have a complete range of business qualifications, covering: securities brokerage, futures brokerage, investment banking, securities proprietary trading, asset management, research and consulting, IB business, QFII business, margin trading and securities lending, direct investment business, securities investment fund business, over-the-counter market business, pledged quotation repurchase business, agency sales of financial products business, entrusted management of insurance funds business, private fund custody business, New Third Board market-making business, income certificate business, private client asset custody business, internet securities business pilot, and other businesses approved by the CSRC.

The Company currently has 10 regional branches, 296 securities business departments, and 30 futures business departments, distributed in important central cities across 28 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) nationwide.
