公司秉承开拓进取，诚实守信的原则，于1998年开始拓展奶瓶行业。
2000年公司改制成有限责任公司，并更名为义乌市帅宝塑胶制品有限公司。同时公司主营业务拓展到整个育婴工具行业，为育婴提供有效的服务。
当时公司主要产品为奶瓶、奶嘴、奶刷、吸水杯、吸奶器等育婴工具。产品主要销往欧美等国家，已经为欧美各国的育婴市场服务十多年。
诚实守信，质量*一直是公司经营的宗旨。
2012年公司因业务发展需要，更名为浙江帅宝塑胶制品有限公司。这是质的一次提升，同时为帅宝公司在今后服务于国内育婴行业提供了有效的支撑。
