The Chongqing BOE Intelligent Electronic System Intelligent Manufacturing Production Line Project is another milestone in the innovative development of the Intelligent Systems Business Group of BOE Technology Group. This project extensively adopts information-based, automated, and intelligent equipment and facilities. The production section is mainly composed of module automated production lines, complete machine automated production lines, intelligent warehousing and logistics systems, SMT processes, and other major parts. From product development, design, to manufacturing processes, and then to engineering construction, this project adopts advanced and reasonable technical solutions, significantly improving production efficiency and striving to create a model of an "intelligent factory." The project is planned to cover a land area of 170 mu, with a total construction area of nearly 160,000 square meters. It will produce 10 million units per year of LCD TVs, commercial monitors, and vehicle-mounted display terminals and other products, with an annual sales revenue of approximately 8 billion yuan after reaching full production. The project began pile foundation construction in November 2016, with a construction period of about 14 months, and was put into production in December 2017. The completion of the Chongqing BOE Intelligent Electronic System Intelligent Manufacturing Production Line Project, for BOE, together with the upstream 8.5-generation line LCD panels, can build a complete industrial chain of intelligent display terminals with an annual output value of more than 20 billion yuan in Chongqing, greatly enhancing the core competitiveness of BOE's intelligent manufacturing business group; for Chongqing, the LCD TVs, display terminals, and vehicle-mounted display terminals produced by BOE will further fill the gaps in Chongqing's intelligent terminal manufacturing field and strengthen Chongqing's intelligent terminal manufacturing system.
