长沈社区卫生服务中心是一所集医疗、预防保健、康复、健康教育、计划生育等为一体的综合性医疗机构，是经长春市卫生局、长春市人力资源和社会保障局批准的新型农村合作医疗、市医保定点单位。医院位于长春市汽开区长沈路与飞跃路交汇处，建筑面积2000余平米，设有门诊部及住院部，分为全科、内科、外科、妇科、儿科、中医康复科、口腔科、肛肠科、放射线科、电诊科、检验科等科室。中心承担社区老年人健康体检、孕妇围产期保健、婴幼儿保健和各类疫苗接种。我中心职工医保、新型农村合作医疗、城镇居民医保，门诊、住院均已开通。
