任职要求：
硬性技术栈
1、前端：熟练掌握React/Vue/Angular等主流前端框架之一。
2、后端：精通Java语言，熟悉Spring Boot等后端框架。
3、数据库：精通MySQL/PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，熟悉Redis/MongoDB等NoSQL数据库，具备优秀的SQL调优能力。
AI应用能力
1、不满足于仅仅使用Copilot辅助补全，必须具备通过Prompt Engineering、Workflow编排（如Dify、LangChain）或自定义插件等方式深度调用LLM解决复杂工程问题的经验。
2、理解RAG（检索增强生成）原理，有将AI能力集成到实际业务（如智能客服、代码生成、数据处理）中的落地经验。
